last night grease was amazing.
everyone blew me away.
the circle was probably one of the most difficult things i've ever had to sit through.
i love you stage right.
we are fantasic and you know who you are.
i've got a little surprise for the gracies.
i've just got to find time to do it.
prom is saturday.

opening night was great
except when we ripped the curtain
and danny came on with no shoes.
but you know,
they did some improv.
it worked.
i got to say the pledge this morning over the school intercom.
that was cool.
oh and who's skipping physics to go do the play 4th block?
yeah. that'd be me.
and tomorrow 2nd and 3rd block?
yeah. that's me too.
hells yeah.

my birthday is in 13 days.
graduation is in 30 days.
move-in day at emory is in 121 days.

i hung out with david "fiddley" olson today for the first time since...i can't even remember.
he wrecked his motorcycle.
and got his tounge pierced.
nice work david.
anydangway.
i am super excited for prom
it's NEXT SATURDAY!
holy cow.
and after that it's just two more weeks of high school.
holy shit.

school is dragging along.
and going to college is going to be great.
leaving is going to be the hard part.
my parents can go screw themselves.
i will be a stagehand for grease.
even though i couldn't put in the time to act in it
i will take a few hours to work backstage.
i will still consider brighton beach my last show
because that was the last time i was onstage
and it was the most amazing thing i've ever been a part of.
grease is just an opportunity to spend more time with the people i'll be leaving in august.
and i wish my parents saw it like that.
